Monarch Media Group, headed by Joshua Luke, will launch their latest development BlkVision Media Television Network and streaming app BVM+ in July 2025. BlkVision Media will be investor and advertiser supported platform. The company will target the more than 170 million Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color within North America. BlkVision Media Network will go live on all platforms and mobile devices July 2025. Broadcasting from Atlanta, Georgia, during U.S. east coast daytime hours, followed by Chicago and L.A.
BlkVision Media Network will feature new flagships programing, original content, and licensed content form Black, Indigenous, and POC creators. Programming will also feature Independent films and original content on both the streaming platform and broadcast channels. The networks has confirmed that it will focus on amplifying the voices of black, brown, and Indigenous creatives and feature stories told from the point of view of People of Color.
Centering both on and off-screen talent, as well as sourcing content, and films from Black, Indigenous, and POC creators prior to launch. The launch of BlkVision Media comes at a time when the voices of creators of Color content is being silenced and/or cancelled. The Networks mission is to amplify the voices of the silenced, create space for all culture to create, thrive, and live unapologetically.
The goal of BlkVision Media Network is to give U.S. viewers various content from a host of talents and creatives: News, Home and Gardening, Sports, Pop culture, Fashion, Food, Animation, Scripted, and Unscripted programming designed to appeal to a wide range of palettes.
